SADDLE UP – Gallop along the western edge of the Great Plains, 90 miles southeast of Great Falls. Rides explore the Judith Game Preserve, where you'll see abandoned Blackfoot Indian tepee rings, and the Little Belt Mountains, both within spitting distance of the ranch. Choose from one or two rides daily (except Sunday) or an overnight pack trip.

OUT OF THE SADDLE – Sift for sapphires in a working mine; hike the surrounding Lewis and Clark National Forest with or without a guide; or fly-fish for rainbow, cutthroat, and brook trout in the nearby Judith and Middle Fork rivers.

LODGING – Each of the ten one- to four-bedroom pine cabins has a bathroom, a fireplace or woodstove, hand-stitched quilts, and a rocking chair on the porch

KIDS – No specific program, but children enjoy the ranch's petting zoo and tubing the Judith River.
