David Brower (257K WAV): Well I suppose that's an interim stage. I'd rather put them in jail. But I guess if you pay them not to, maybe they'd find it profitable to reform. But what I'd rather do is show examples of the people who have found out how not to pollute and make more money because they found out how to do things right. The 3M company is one such entity. And this is written about in Paul Hawken's book The Ecology of Commerce. I recommend that book.
