Jack LaLanne, Godfather of Fitness
The guy who started it all answers your questions
He invented the exercise club, sports nutrition, and, some might argue, muscle itself. Through sheer force of will he went from a self-described scrawny sugarholic to the country's buffest health guru and inspirer of the flabby masses.

Jack best sums up his own maniac success: "You don't get it," he says. "I am one runaway son of a bitch!" Jack answered your questions about superhuman strength, liver tablets, and a life of renegade fitness.
