Can you tell us what your training diet consists of?
Question: Jan, congratulations on a great job in Mammoth! My question is in regard to your training diet. I have heard a lot recently about the benefits of consuming more proteins and fats and less carbohydrates, e.g., 40/30/30. Can you tell us what your diet consist of? Good luck in Seattle!

Tim Kinkeade

Jan: Mammoth was a great day ... thanks for your support.

I believe that anything in moderation is good. I try to eat very low fat and make sure to get protein, along with carbohydrates. I have tried to be very strict with what I eat, however, I think you need to reward yourself now and then. Fat and protein seem to make a meal substantial.
