Robert J. Nagle, team captain
Irish citizen and U.S. resident Robert Nagle pushes boundaries. In every sphere of his life, his nature is to explore and to excel. He has traveled on every continent except Antarctica. As an athlete, he leads the greatest adventure racing team in the world in their extraordinary multi-day, multi-sport events. His teams have won the Eco-Challenge and the Southern Traverse races, and his best marathon time is 2:37. He was the fastest U.S. competitor in the 1996 Marathon des Sables, and has a lifetime of experience adventure racing, horseback riding, trekking, skiing, fencing, climbing, and kayaking throughout the world.
