1. FELT ZW1 BIKE It looks fast, it feels fast, and it is fast—even if you're not. The oversize carbon-fiber tubes are dialed for female riders; they were never too stiff, never too soft. Shimano's finest Dura-Ace components, Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels, gel grips, and Felt's women's carbon saddle round out this Olympic-caliber ride. $6,000; feltbicycles.com

2. LOOK KéO ELLE PEDALS Got sensitive knees? The KéO Elles work with three cleats, which means three choices of float. $119; lookcycle-usa.com

3. GEORGE HINCAPIE SIGNATURE JERSEY The princess-style mesh torso, spacious pockets, and reflective stripe are all key. But it's the ergonomic seaming that makes this jersey stand out. $110; hincapie.com

4. ASSOS T FI 13 LADY BIBS Everyone raved about the elastic-free waist and comfy fit, but the inter-breast strap received mixed reviews. $360; assos.com

5. SPECIALIZED S-WORKS HELMET Thanks in part to its 30 cooling vents, this is the lightest certified lid in the world. $230; specialized.com

6. SHIMANO SH-WR80 SHOES A heat-moldable insole, heel cup, and upper make these the comfiest road shoes we've worn. Note: If you're not in a big city, finding a trained tech to do the fit can be tough. $279; shimano.com

7. SPECIALIZED ROULETTE GLASSES Testers loved the photochromic lenses. Exaggerated side vents kept them fog-free, and the brow bridge prevented sweat from dripping into testers' eyes. $160; specialized.com
