Family Vacations, Summer 1996

We're Doing What?

Six great trips you've never thought of

Our Favorite Places
"Been there, done that" may well be the credo for your kids' generation. To wrestle their attention away from Game Boy and Goose-bumps, your travel itinerary will require a little imagination. A standard vacation at a theme park or resort may cause their eyes to roll--but if your kids can be the first on the block to pilot a river-boat, rappel down a 600-foot graite spire, or track wildlife by radio, they'll lose that world-wear pose in a hurry.
