A family vacation in Jamaica

A family vacation in Jamaica
Question: My wife and I would like to take a trip to Jamaica with our two daughters (ages 9 and 2). We'll stay seven to 10 days and are interested in a recommendation on where active families should stay. My wife and I would like to scuba dive at least once, but as a family we enjoy hiking/walking, biking, and playing around at the beach. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Adventure Adviser: I recommend the family-friendly Franklin D. Resort near Runaway Bay on Jamaica's north coast. With plenty of kid-oriented programs, plus baby-sitting while you dive, this upscale but not uncomfortably stuffy resort is a good choice for parents with sun-seeking kiddies.
